A New Talent Pool of Social Influence Researchers



Cause & Social Influence is focused on building a new talent pool of researchers dedicated to the study and practice of social influences and change. The research fellows program allows aspiring researchers that have a passion for social change and movements to gain hands-on experience for their professional career. 

Research fellows monitor and analyze social movements and cause campaigns generating attention and involvement by the American public, all while contributing to the success of the Cause & Social Influence strategic goals of elevating thought and understanding on social influences and cause engagement.




Research fellows selected commit to or must have the following:

  • 20 hours/week for four months (semester) or eight months (school year)
  • Based in Indianapolis, New York City or Washington DC
  • Reliable transportation
  • Personal computer



Candidates must exhibit the following:

  • Interest in social influence and cause research
  • Enrollment in post-secondary education or graduate school
  • Ability to assist with research studies, including but not limited to quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic and other methods
  • Aspirations to contribute thought leadership and knowledge to the cause research field

  • Fall 2019 Fellowship:  July 15, 2019 - 5PM EST
